All orders should be placed on our website www.groundedupcycling.com. If you have already submitted your order and would like to make a change to it, please notify us as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your order has already shipped we will not be able to make changes or cancel your order. Grounded Upcycling is an ONLINE business ONLY. We do not have a local retail store at this time. Our manufacturing facility IS NOT open to the public. If you must pick up your order locally, please make arrangements to do so before placing your order. Pick up orders must be paid for with credit card when the order is placed or with cash upon pick up.
Due to the type of products we sell we DO NOT accept returns or make exchanges. Once our products leave our facility we are not able to control the level of purity or sanitation. These items are not able to be restocked once they leave the facility. Please make sure that you check your order sufficiently before submitting it. We are not to be held responsible if you do not like the color, scent, texture, etc. of the products once you receive them.
If you receive your package and it is obviously damaged, please refuse delivery and contact us within 72 hours to make a claim. If you receive your order and the products are damaged inside the box or packaging, please notify us within 72 hours to make a claim. Please keep all packing materials and products intact, in the box until further instruction is given. You may need these items to remain in the same condition you received them in order to prove damage to the shipping company.
If we send incorrect items, please notify us within 72 hours. We will take the proper steps to ensure that you receive the correct items that you ordered.
We utilize the right to ship your order to you with the shipping company that offers the highest quality service for a reasonable amount. If you choose to have your order shipped with a specific carrier please contact us via phone to make the appropriate changes to your order. This could result in additional shipping charges.
Orders received will be shipped within ten business days unless otherwise noted in the product listing.
It is very important that you provide the correct shipping address. If you provide an incorrect address and your order must be re-shipped you will be responsible for additional shipping charges.
We only ship within the United States. If you need expedited shipping please email us at email@example.com.
If your package is returned to us by our shipping company due to a customer error, we will be glad to reship this for you but the cost to reship will be your responsibility. The cost to reship will be equal to the amount you paid for shipping on the order.
We ship all of our products from the Northeast. It will take anywhere from 2 to 5 business days to reach you.
Any orders that are placed locally or are made by customers shipping to the state of New York will be charged the applicable sales tax rate for the state of New York.
Out of Stock Items
We make every attempt possible to keep all items fully stocked. There are times where we do run low on an item and you may order an out of stock item. If this happens we will notify you. In the event that an item is out of stock we may offer a replacement item, back order the item, or offer a refund for the item.
Acceptable Forms of Payment
Grounded Upcycling processes credit card payments through PayPal. We do not accept personal checks, money orders, or wire transfers.
The only personal information that we will collect is the personal information that you provide to us when you register or when you communicate to us through our website. The information in which you provide to Grounded Upcycling is protected by the use of a Secure Socket Layer (SSL) Server. We will at any time, at your request, provide you with a copy of any personal information that we are storing about you.
